How Often Do We Greet? Greeters take a turn greeting one Sunday a month. We greet before Sunday services from 10am to 11am and after services from 12:00pm-12:30pm during coffee hour. Greeters work in teams of three.

Our Mission

• Welcome all visitors every Sunday morning before and after the worship service.
• Aswer visitor's questions about Unitarian Universalism and First UU Society of San Francisco.
• Assist visitors to fill out a Welcome Card to learn more about our programs.
• Form a “Tiny Group Ministry” community with fellow Greeters of the day.
• Give Society members a chance to serve without a large time commitment.

How to Get Involved

• Contact the Greeters Co-Chairs via email or in person on Sundays.
• Visit the Greeters Table and leave your name with the Greeters.

Qualities of a Good Greeter

• Just bring your enthusiasm and a great Sunday smile, and a commitment to radical hospitality once a month.
