The Unitarian Universalist Society of San Francisco's beautiful and historic Sanctuary and meeting center is located at 1187 Franklin Street (at Geary) in the heart of San Francisco. As a Community Center on Cathedral Hill, we are host to, and partnered with many performing arts organizations, religious communities and social service agencies.
We have many types of meeting space for groups of 25 to 450. From practical to elegant surroundings, from sit down dinners to receptions, we can accommodate diverse events. There are many different meeting spaces within the facility ranging from 520 sq. ft up to 5,900 sq. ft., which are available for rent by non-profit organizations, religious groups or individuals. Whether recitals, rehearsals, concerts, auditions, seminars, worship, weddings, retreats, conferences, birthdays, meetings, lectures or training sessions, we can help you plan and host your event.
All meeting rooms access an interior Courtyard with fountain. Amenities available include full banquet seating with adjacent kitchen facilities and basic audio-visual equipment. There is wheelchair access throughout the facility except where otherwise noted.
