Only Two Weeks Away—UUSF’s “Festivals of Light” Holiday Faire!

Holiday Faire is on December 7th

On December 7 after services, imagine honoring Diwali, Hanukkah, Christmas, Yule, and Kwanzaa all in one fabulous celebration. Imagine enjoying a multicultural feast lovingly prepared by church members. ($15 for adults, $5 for children 7 to 14 with no one turned away for lack of funds; just pay what you can). Then imagine music,

partying, and finding the perfect holiday gift from among 21 vendors. And there is more!

Maybe you will win one of three fabulous raffle baskets. You can enter a costume contest (ugliest holiday sweater or best holiday outfit). Enjoy hot wassail or holiday brews from our bar. And don’t miss dessert served by our church children in the Victorian Tea Room. Plus we have a new addition this year: games for families sponsored by the youth of our church.

These are just a few of the delights awaiting you on December 7 after services. The Faire is a great place to make new friends, meet new members, and make holiday memories. If you are interested in participating, we still have a few volunteer opportunities. Email cdd.mft@gmail.com today to get involved.

Next week we will be giving you tips on how to best enjoy the Faire, but for now, please mark your calendars!
